Katsuro is reputable as a hot-tempered trouble-maker, thanks to being easily tricked and framed. He often feels slighted by his father and brothers. Katsuro fights for justice and is excited that he might get it if he wins this tea house. He dresses in lumberjack style. Kentucky Style BBQ is his favorite and one of his specialties. Boy can grill...and cook other things. He drinks hard liquor or beer on occasion.
