this guy is a water deity. He is young and generally calm, but he is still a bit childish and very curious due to him being a recently formed god. he has water pouring out of his biceps on the inner arm, on his collar bone, his obliques and above his genital region and his hair turns to water and pours down. Other than these locations he is quite flexible in design, as a god he can be as big or small as desired and the amount of water flowing can also vary freely.
